ineligible group

ineligible group
A group of companies that does not qualify for an exemption (e.g. a medium-sized company filing exemption) because a member of the group is a non-qualifying company for that particular exemption. For example, if a public limited company or a bank is a member of a group all the companies in the group are ineligible for medium-sized company filing exemption.
